About our boxes

Can I customise the boxes?

You can’t choose individual items, but each month we curate a selection of the best snacks and drinks for you. Let us know what you like or don’t like – we change our choices depending on your tastes.

What is the addon market?

Our add-ons are a selection of special items that you can add into any of our boxes depending on what you feel like. These products change once a month to give you a taste of the latest brands and products we’re working with.

Shipping and Returns

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. For full details please refer to our Shipping and Retuens Policy.

What if I change my mind?

Good Canteen will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 28 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. For full details please refer to our Shipping and Retuens Policy.

What are the delivery times?

What is your returns policy?
